With events averaging 30-50 attendees and our summer pool party drawing crowds of 100+, it's safe to say our residents love getting involved in community activities.

Our Annual Resident Pool Party is a highlight of the year, offering residents a day to soak up the sun, indulge in food and sweet treats, and mingle with their neighbors while listening to the DJ. This is one event you don’t want to miss. 

Wondering how to stay informed about upcoming events? Keep an eye out for our monthly event calendar displayed on televisions in the lobby. The calendar is also posted near the main lobby elevator and in the mail room. Plus, we send an email reminder to residents as each event approaches, so watch for that.

Here's a few tips and answers to common questions that may help:

  1. What school district are the apartments zoned for? Residents of The Mark live within the Spring Independent School District. You can also find various private schools in the area.  
  2. Can we use the elevators when moving in? Yes, you can use a service elevator, but you must reserve it to ensure there is time available for your move. Contact our office and someone will be happy to help. 
  3. Do you offer a place to drop off recycling? Yes! Our recycling drop off is located a few steps away from the Demonstration Kitchen on the first floor. It is the only area recycling can be dropped off.
  4. Where are the trash chutes? Located by #34 stack of apartments and within the Parking Garage.
  5. How do I get the fire pit outside to work? There is a specific remote needed for this cozy amenity. The remote can be checked out in the office. We just need to hold a valid government-issued ID while you use it.
